CPD POINTS
- A2 – 16 (By MMA)
Online via Zoom
Data is transforming healthcare management and delivery, accelerated by the staggering rate at which the volume of medical data continues to increase. However, health data is notable for its complexity and we will not be able to realize its fullest potential, especially in making data-driven diagnostic, treatment and management decisions, unless all stakeholders are competent in both healthcare and data science at a foundational level.
This workshop will introduce the fundamental concepts and principles of data science and machine learning, as well as its application in medicine and healthcare. Participants will explore machine learning approaches, medical use cases and best practices in building and evaluating machine learning models in healthcare. This workshop also empowers medical professionals with knowledge essential to critically evaluating and utilizing healthcare data for various applications.
OBJECTIVES
