Caregiver Training: Elderly Care Workshop
This skill training workshop is intended to train caregivers on performing appropriate activities daily living (ADLs) for elderly. It is part of the IMU Cares community project to support the old folk homes as well as to create public awareness on the importance of elderly care.
Objectives
The objectives of the workshop are to:
- provide basic knowledge and skills on the activities of daily living (ADLs) for elderly care
- impart appropriate skills of the activities of daily living (ADLs) to caregivers
- develop public awareness on the importance of the activities of daily living (ADLs) for proper elderly care
Who Should Attend
Individuals who take care of elderly people who are invalid / vulnerable
